Comprising 36 apartments, a multilevel car park and commercial tenancies on Swan and Coppin Streets, the design responds to the challenging L-shaped site by breaking down the massing of the building into two. An eight storey building occupies the southern part of the site and contains open plan office space with frontage onto Coppin Street.
This is separated from the residential building which is located on the northern part of the site, with access from Swan Street. Retail space sits on the ground floor of the residential building, which activates the street edge and removes the apartments from the noise of the city. A generous roof top communal garden provides city views for all residents and a shared space to socialise.
