Designed to maximise a sense of space, natural light and a connection to the surrounding environment, the use of natural materials and integrated landscaping techniques work to bring the natural environment indoors. A vertical garden divides the building into two seperate entities in order to reduce the scale of the development. Design features include bluestone tiling, timber soffits, and metal mesh screens which provide a layer of privacy. Sustainable design initiatives have been included to enhance the livability and longevity of the building.
