Both office and residential space is housed in this 10 storey development on a corner site in Cheltenham. The first four floors are dedicated to office space and car parking, which form a podium interface with Chesterville Road and Jamieson Street. Fixed metal hoods frame the windows whilst steel sections line the slab edges to form a horizontal plane. The recessed fifth floor acts as a negative level and forms a break between the podium base and the upper residential floors. It is also lined with planters to soften the building and accentuate the break. White slab edges and timber soffits help delineate the change in program on the upper floors.
